Core programme

SSB preparation with a map for every stage.

The Services Selection Board process rewards a candidate whose thinking, communication and behaviour remain consistent across five different settings.

The five-stage framework

Know what each room is asking.

Preparation becomes calmer when the stage is understood before it is rehearsed.

01 · Screening

OIR + PPDT

Work on observation, verbal and non-verbal reasoning, story structure, narration and group discussion without forcing a performance.

02 · Psychology

TAT, WAT, SRT + SD

Use timed writing to understand how your decisions, priorities, emotional responses and self-description create a consistent picture.

03 · GTO

Think with the group.

Practise planning, narration, participation, cooperation and practical leadership across the group-task environment.

04 · Interview

Answer from a real self-picture.

Prepare personal questions, academics, family, interests, current affairs and motivation to join the forces with clarity.

05 · Conference

Stay composed at the close.

Bring the same calm, honest communication to the final interaction that you built across the earlier stages.

The principle

No borrowed personality.

The point of coaching is not to memorise an “ideal” candidate. It is to make your own thinking clearer, more responsible and more effective.

What to practise

A complete SSB routine.

Rotate written drills, speaking practice, group situations, interview reflection and current-affairs discussion. Review patterns rather than chasing one perfect answer.
