CDS full name is "Combined Defence Services " .It is the national level competitive exam for placement in the Indian military, Officers Training Academy, Indian Air Force Academy, and Indian Naval Academy. CDS is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSE). CDS follows the rules and regulations for conducting the entire process. It is mainly taken two times in a year. Generally CDS I exam is organized in Feb & CDS II is carried in September to November. Eligible applicants are chosen based on performances in the CDS paper-based Exam followed by SSB Interview.
